As an IT security Architect at Cybex, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive security architecture framework. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our security requirements are integrated into all aspects of our technology and operations, assessing risks, and developing security tools to protect our assets. You will have an opportunity to embed your vision of security into Cybex digital landscape and support us on the mission to provide the best products on the market.

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Security Architectures Framework: Develop and implement a robust security architecture that aligns with our business goals and integrates with existing technology infrastructures.
• Security Assurance: Ensure that security requirements are embedded in all aspects of our technology landscape, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.
• Risk Assessment and Threat Modelling: Conduct thorough risk assessments and threat modeling for IT projects to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Development of Security Policies: Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.

Your  profile of qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Comparable experience in various IT fields.
• 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a strong background in security architecture and design.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001).
• Experience with risk assessment, threat modeling, and security assurance processes.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing security tools and technologies.
• Experience with security architecture frameworks such as SABSA is highly desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise information systems and Public Cloud environments.
