Intern/Working Student Human Resources (m/f/d)

Your Areas of Responsibilities: 

  • Support the HR Business Partner team in the day-to-day HR business along the entire employee lifecycle 
  • Support in the preparation of certificates, contracts and references 
  • Maintenance of personnel files and master data 
  • Support in various HR projects  
  • Participation in the improvement of existing HR processes
  • Preparation of evaluations and presentation documents 


Your Profile of Qualification: 

  • You are a student in a Bachelor's / Master's degree programme in economics, pyschology, business education or a comparable subject with a focus on human resources
  • You have strong organisational skills and are very reliable
  • You work in a structured and independent way
  • You communicate confidently in German and English 
  • You have good user skills in the MS Office programs Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
