Junior Product Manager Child Safety (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Support product managers in the development and implementation of long-term product strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Support in the coordination of projects within the Child Safety product portfolio (car seats) throughout the product lifecycle
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity through market research to identify market opportunities
  • Support in identifying customer requirements and specifications in order to develop and implement them within the organization
  • Communicate within the international product management teams 
  • Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Procurement and if required further areas of the organization
  • Provide training to marketing, sales and global training team on new and existing products
  • Organize & manage child fittings and consumer tests to validate ergonomics and usability of products
  • Coordinate the creation of all technical artworks with internal and external parties

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • College degree, preferably in Industrial engineering
  • First experience in product management or similar areas of product development
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Structured, forward and analytical way of thinking and working
  • High affinity for technical products, lifestyle and design 
  • Strong passion for products
  • Fluent in English, German would be a plus
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
