Junior Project Manager Digital & IT (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Provide proven and consistent delivery of Project Management activities for the organizations Digital & IT projects based on Cybex Delivery Methodology (CDM)
  • Responsible for the E2E Delivery of projects based on the CDM towards achieving organizational goals
  • Ensure delivery of projects in time, cost and the agreed scope
  • Coordination of smaller project teams and provide ideal conditions to maximize teams performance and productivity
  • Monitor project progress and set deadlines
  • Carry out risk assessments and capture them in a risk register, involving stakeholders and referring to specialists where relevant 
  • Project documentation requirements or procedures
  • Resource and budget management
  • Track and report status of project deliverables and milestones
  • Support adoption and delivery of corporate governance expectations 

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Business, Technology or Science
  • 2-3 Years of relevant experience
  • Experienced in working with different levels of stakeholders during projects implementation
  • Has basic IT skills to work with Word, Excel, etc
  • High goal orientation and determination to deliver excellence
  • Ability to drive for change, cope with changes and shift gears comfortably
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with self-confidence
