Your seat to fill: 

 

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different roles 
  • Create and post job ads on platforms that attract suitable talents
  • Organize and conduct interviews, manage calendars, and make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Be the go-to person for candidates, making their experience great from start to finish
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to find the perfect match
  • Keep our applicant tracking system HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) up to date and organized
  • Prepare reports on hiring progress and recruitment metrics

 

Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or something similar
  • First experiences in HR or recruiting – internships or student jobs totally count!
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Success Factors is a plus
  • You’re a strong communicator, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are second nature to you
  • You enjoy working with different teams and want to make a real impact
  • Fluent in German and English — any extra languages are a bonus!
