Areas of responsibilities
- Identify and build relationship with leading Sporting Goods, Bicycle and Outdoor accounts in German speaking countries.
- Develop long term profitable business, driving the global strategy and constant sales expansion in key home market.
- Bring to market the new global product range by creating a long-term business relationships with sport specialized distribution (Sporting Goods, Bicycle & Outdoor accounts).
- Develop specific sell-in strategies to add commercial value to the Cybex business, drive a premium brand image and reach given sales targets.
- Support Global and European organizations to drive operational excellence with your accounts, incl. high quality customer service, system solutions as well as trade marketing (on/offline) toolbox implementation.
- Nurture trusted and fruitful business relationship with top GER, SW, AUS Sport accounts and lead annual business talks (incl. price & condition, strategic partnerships)
- Analyze and report to Global & European organizations the sell-in and sell-thru numbers of your category and act accordingly in order to grow sales, grow market shares, stay profitable and ensure brand quality at all times
- Lead annual business talks for your accounts (incl. price & condition, strategic partnerships)
- Stakeholder management: Global & European Sales, BU Sport, Operations, Trade Marketing
Required education and experience
- Professional with min. 5 years Sales experience in Sport, Biking or Outdoor Industry
- Proven track record of successful omnichannel KA management, preferably im Outdoor, Sport or FMCG
