Your seat to fill:
- Define and execute the assortment strategy for third-party brands in line with overall brand positioning and business objectives
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize the external brand portfolio, including identifying and onboarding new brand partners
- Lead seasonal buying processes, including style selection, quantity planning, and size curve definition to ensure a well-balanced assortment
- Own Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning, allocate budgets across categories and markets, and manage margins, inventory levels, and overall financial performance
- Analyze sales performance, sell-through rates, margins, and stock levels to identify risks and opportunities, implementing actions such as reorders or markdowns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and suppliers, leading negotiations on pricing, margins, exclusivity, and delivery terms
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity, translating insights into effective buying strategies and brand selection
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and inventory planning while optimizing stock and minimizing risks

- Several years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management in a multi-brand environment
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proven experience in budget management, OTB planning, and margin control.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth and profitability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong understanding of brands and trends
- Full professional proficiency in English and French or German
