Lead Solution Architect PM & Quality (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements related to PLM and PDM processes
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical solution designs
  • Design and support PLM solutions integrated with SAP, with a focus on PTC Windchill and FlexPLM
  • Manage and continuously improve PLM and CAD (PTC Creo) systems, including configuration, customization, upgrades, and release management
  • Work closely with internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure high-quality solution delivery
  • Present solution concepts, implementation approaches, and effort estimates to IT and business leadership
  • Ensure solutions comply with IT governance standards, architectural principles, and internal policies
  • Support PLM and application lifecycle projects through testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Drive continuous improvement of PLM, PDM, and related business processes
  • Coach and support colleagues and coordinate support requests when required

 


Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill, including workflow configuration and data modeling
  • Working knowledge of FlexPLM and common PLM integration scenarios
  • Experience integrating or supporting PLM/PDM solutions within SAP environments
  • Solid understanding of PLM and application lifecycle management landscapes
  • Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, ideally in make-to-order (MTO) environments
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, product data governance, and engineering-to-production processes
  • Confidence working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience presenting solution concepts and implementation estimates to decision-makers
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, vendors, and projects
  • Knowledge of SAP–PLM integration architectures is a plus
  • German language skills are highly advantageous
