Your seat to fill:

 

  • Leading a team of Software Engineers / Developers in the area of Ecommerce, Mobile Apps and Internal Web Applications
  • Drive the Tech Delivery and End-to-End Solution Architecture for Projects in the Web & Mobile Area (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM and DAM, Mobile Apps as well as Internal Web Applications) in Time and with quality
  • Drive Continuous Improvements for the above mentioned systems through Application Design and Delivery of the Backlogs defined by the Business Owners by co-ordinating the Solution Design and Development with the Internal and External Teams
  • Support the Head of DTC Solutions with the budget discussions and drive optimization around the actual usage for the Web & Mobile Area
  • Capacity planning for the entire reporting line for the planned roadmap to share capacity available from IT Team to deliver the backlog/roadmap
  • Oversee code quality, define Coding Standards and guidelines, Security, Test Automation, Technical Documentation and Fix Packs/Updates on supported applications
  • Present solutions and estimates to IT leadership, business process owner, and service owners in order to gain approval or rejection for the realization
  • Ensure adherence to IT processes as well as policies, principles, and guidelines and role-model the Digital & IT Culture Canvas

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and Development in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Salesforce B2C Commerce is highly desirable
  • Solid Knowledge/Awareness of MACH (Microservices, API-First, Cloud-Native and Headless) Architecture is highly desirable
  • Practical experience in the field of Open Source Stack (Java and Springboot or React and NodeJs, Docker, Container Orchestration tools like Kubernetes, AWS or Azure Cloud) or a combination of these is advantageous
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross functional teams
  • A good understanding of mobile development platforms, enabling you to lead technical discussions and manage deliveries effectively
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management is a strong plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in dynamic, fast-moving environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus
