Manager Accounting Processes (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and optimization of existing processes/workflows and tools
  • Establish, support, and maintain proper accounting methods, policies, principles and documentation for accounting-related processes including month- and year-end processes, general ledger, fixed assets accounting, accounts payable/receivable,
  • with a focus on further standardization, digitalization and automation of respective processes and their integration into the existing SAP HANA IT landscape,
  • supporting the business growth in mostly international, cross-functional projects from a finance & accounting perspective, including supporting of the finance- and accounting-related implementation and integration into the existing IT landscape

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Completed (university) studies in the field of Finance & Accounting or similar or a comparable qualification (e.g. certified accountant or similar professional certification)
  • Profound knowledge of accounting according to HGB / IFRS
  • Practical experience in the standardization and digitization of Accounting processes
  • Good knowledge of project management, ideally also in the management of international and interdisciplinary projects
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Attitude towards continuous improvement as well as analytical and structured thinking
  • A high degree of independence, diligence and quality awareness
  • Very good knowledge of German, English and the ability to work in an international team
