Your areas of responsibilities:
- Deliver excellence in consumer experience within the Juvenile Industry and the related product marketing and communication skills (across all touchpoints, product information, clarity of benefits, product positioning, campaign communication) with a strong understanding of digital and point of sale
- Be the interface for the respective MKT campaign related questions from other departments (GTM, Product Management, Trade MKT, Int.MKT, Digital Team, Sales etc.)
- Strive to establish “one voice” towards internal and external stakeholders (clear portfolio hierarchy, messaging, communciation concepts within each sub brand etc.)
- Contribute in the GTM process and in the global campaign roll-out by bringing in dedicated product related expertise
- Drive the overall marketing asset creation based on Go-to-Market timings
- Initiate the concept kick-off for a new product MKT campaign by briefing all necessary stakeholders and align the pre-production planning and post-production follow-up for all campaign assets and collaterals etc. Maintain the content up-to-date in all respective Asset Management Systems (Toolbox, MAM, others)
- Handle landing page and product detail page briefings on Ecom by supporting digital teams with dedicated product picture guideline, feature order, product copy, country version information etc.
- Onboard Trade Marketing Team to initiate a holistic POS concept (aligned on brand, sub-brand and category) in the respective Go-to-Market and launch timings; deliver the necessary assets and feature communication tools within time.
- Be the interface to PR&Social Media Team in delivering all the needed campaign and product related information for the creation of a Social Media Communication Plan, Reactivation moments and support in lifestyle and influencer content briefing.
- Drive collaboration with International MKT Team to empower global and local teams in a streamlined campaign execution and foster an ongoing information exchange to empower a global mindset
Your profile of qualification:
- Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or another business-related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a Marketing Manager in a brand- or consumer-oriented environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong hands-on mentality with a high degree of initiative, assertiveness, and drive
- Resilient, team-oriented professional who empowers our stakeholders through deep expertise in product marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
