Manager Costing Tools (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Definition of the procurement strategy for all production tools

• Project planning and procurement of production tools, including injection molding tools

• Creation of the specifications for the external procurement of injection molding tools

• Elaboration of manufacturing concepts in consultation with development and process engineering

• Review and approval of tool designs created externally

• Assessing the impact of article changes on the tool and manufacturing concept

• Obtaining change offers and subsequent creation of tool change calculations

• Interface and contact person for and to external suppliers

 

 

Your profile of qualification:

• Successfully completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering), completed apprenticeship as a tool mechanic or toolmaker with appropriate professional experience and commercial affinity

• Profound practical experience in injection molding tool making and/or in tool design

• Basic understanding and practical experience in purchasing

• Open, motivated and communicative personality

• Fluent English and German skills
