Manager International Sales APAC (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the execution of the APAC strategy (primary focus South East Asia) in collaboration with VP International Sales
- Prepare and drive country specific development plans to unlock the brand and business potential.
- Closely manage strategic distributors and retailers by providing them hands on guidance and support to meet brand standards
- Evaluate existing partners’ performance while proactively scouting and appointing new best-in-class partners in collaboration with VP International Sales
- Formulate plans to elevate brand desirability in assigned markets
- Develop and implement commercial forecast, budgets and targets on a timely manner. Formulate sales tools and programs in line with Cybex corporate strategy
- Provide weekly business update and monthly market and competitor intelligence reports
- Work closely with the cross functional team for tools and support to achieve annual expectations
Your profile of qualification:
- Successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration or similar, preferably MBA degree
- +10 years international work experience preferably in the fashion, lifestyle or juvenile industries
- Proven track record of business operation in the APAC region with exposure to product importation and certification
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of the APAC region
- Fluency in English (Asian language is a plus)
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
