Your seat to fill: 

• Lead a portfolio of complex, international Corporate Architecture projects from concept development through execution and final handover, including Offices, Fairs, Retail, Showrooms and Events.
• Define project objectives, priorities, governance structures, timelines, milestones, budgets and resource requirements in alignment with the Corporate Architecture strategy and business objectives.
• Assume overall responsibility for project delivery, quality, budget adherence, risk management and the achievement of agreed business outcomes.
• Act as the central point of contact and trusted business partner for senior management, internal stakeholders, architects, agencies, suppliers, contractors and other external partners.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, setting priorities and ensuring accountability throughout all project phases.
• Oversee design development, technical planning, tendering, procurement, approval processes and on-site execution in line with corporate design, quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage internal and external events, including strategic concept development, budget ownership, vendor selection, logistics and on-site delivery.
• Establish and continuously improve project management standards, governance frameworks, reporting structures, toolboxes and performance indicators for Corporate Architecture.
• Identify strategic, financial and operational project risks, implement mitigation measures and escalate critical issues to senior management where required.
• Provide transparent portfolio reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership regarding project prioritization, investments, resources and process optimization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Business Administration, International Economics, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in project and portfolio management within Corporate Architecture, retail development, construction, events or a comparable international environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional and international projects with responsibility for scope, budget, quality, timelines and resources.
• Strong expertise in project and portfolio management, budgeting, cost controlling, procurement, risk management and project governance.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage external partners and drive accountability.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA, is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and advise senior management.
• Strategic, analytical and solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong commercial awareness, ownership and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent English and German language skills as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
