Your seat to fill:
- Develop and implement innovative retail design concepts aligned with the Cybex brand.
- Manage retail architecture projects from initial concept through to final execution.
- Oversee detailed planning, coordination with contractors, and quality control.
- Focus on flagship store projects and new retail openings, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Operate effectively under close supervision and micromanagement, providing regular updates and adapting to feedback.
- Handle all aspects of project management, including those that may be less desirable or routine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and construction to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Manage workload under high pressure and extended working hours as necessary.
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Proven experience managing retail architecture projects from concept to completion, minimum 7 years of experience.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to hold team members and vendors accountable while maintaining professionalism.
- Comfortable working under detailed oversight and frequent review.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to engage in all phases of the project, including less glamorous tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage extended hours.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with flagship store design and retail rollout preferred.
