Your seat to fill:

 

  • Support evaluation and selection of suppliers to meet product, quality, cost, and delivery objectives
  • Manage end-to-end apparel production processes, ensuring compliance with brand and technical standards
  • Ensure products are produced by the most suitable supplier based on time, cost, and quality
  • Monitor supplier performance, implement corrective actions, and build long-term, trust-based partnerships
  • Support development and implementation of sourcing strategies for apparel and FMCG categories to optimize cost, quality, and lead times
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service levels to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining product integrity
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other teams to align sourcing decisions with business requirements
  • Track market trends, material innovations, and supply chain risks to inform strategic decisions
  • Act as the central point between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring transparency, proactive problem-solving, and driving effective communication and collaboration to guarantee that every product is produced “right the first time”
  • Partner with Quality, CSR, and Compliance teams to ensure suppliers meet ethical, environmental, and social standards

 

Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related field
  • Several relevant years of professional experience in apparel procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, ideally within the apparel, sportswear, or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record in managing supplier networks and apparel production across multiple regions
  • Deep understanding of apparel manufacturing techniques, material sourcing, and production processes
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Experienced in working cross-functionally within fast-paced, global organizations
  • Knowledge of PLM, ERP, and supply chain systems is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
