Area of Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the sustainability reporting processes, ensuring compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) for group-wide mandatory reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of internal policies, guidelines, and processes to enhance sustainability reporting frameworks.
  • Support the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy, actions, and targets.
  • Assist in internal and external sustainability communication initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Develop and implement new communication strategies and initiatives tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Manage sustainability ratings and complete questionnaires related to sustainability (e.g., EcoVadis, customer requests, etc.).

 

Profile of Qualifications:

 

  • ESG Reporting Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ESG reporting, preferably within an organization subject to CSRD requirements.
  • Legislative Expertise: Strong knowledge of sustainability-related legislation, including EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and CSDDD.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
