Area of Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the advancement of Cybex Test Automation and associated tools, fostering innovation in testing methodologies.
  • Strategize and oversee the comprehensive testing of a complex ecosystem involving integrated systems and multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
  • Formulating the overall Test Approach, including the key Milestones and timelines of Testing phases like Systems Test, Systems Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Tests (UAT), Regression Tests.
  • Work closely with IT, application teams, and business stakeholders to align testing strategies and plans with project objectives, fostering a cohesive approach.
  • Develop detailed test scenarios and cases for SIT, supporting business teams in UAT preparation, ensuring comprehensive coverage across all phases.
  • Take full ownership of the testing plan across all phases, including defect validation, and determine solution readiness based on test outcomes.
  • Sign off the solution readiness based on the success of the Test Scenarios/Test Cases.
  • Identify and resolve issues hindering testing efforts, ensuring a smooth testing process and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating effectively with developers, project managers, and business analysts to achieve project goals.

 

 

Profile of Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Test Management and Test Automation, demonstrating proficiency in planning and executing end-to-end testing for complex systems.
  • Proven ability in issue resolution and maintaining efficient testing processes, with a strong focus on quality assurance throughout the SDLC.
  • Experience with Salesforce or SAP testing is preferred, adding valuable expertise to our testing processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, adept at working in dynamic environments and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to engage confidently across global teams.
