Product Change Management Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Area of Responsibility:

 

  • Manage maintenance projects, including sales and change requests, for products in production
  • Coordinate with departments such as R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless implementation of product changes
  • Oversee and manage the budget for product change initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports on product change projects to senior management and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to develop professionally, with the potential to take on future team lead responsibilities, allocating tasks and projects to team members, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely project completion

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • Educational background in Business Administration, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, with German language skills at a minimum of B2 level
