Areas of responsibilities

 

  • Create transparency on value creation by establishing a state-of-the-art product controlling institution
  • Financial coordination and governance of business cases
  • Project tracking for R&D project portfolio regarding quality, cost and time
  • Technical product controlling – analyze cost structure and constantly improve cost efficiency 
  • Financial Controlling of “Go To Market” Process
  • Manage innovation portfolio through a financial perspective (ROIs / Rolling Forecasts / Performance Benchmarking)
  • Financial Business Partnering with Product & Marketing community (e.g. Product Management, Project Management, Technologies, Quality, Corporate Design, Brand Marketing)

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Successfully completed bachelor/master studies in economics or industrial engineering
  • Financial expertise and experience in controlling or engineering functions, preferable in a dynamic, high growth organization
  • Bring structure and develop new concepts, holistic business understanding
  • Resilient team player with a strong personality, empowering our business partners through expert support in product controlling
  • Strong excel skills beyond standard calculations and strong SAP skills to establish a structured cost tracking
  • Visualization skills to bring conclusions & results to business partners in a meaningful way
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
