Area of responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end development of new child car seats, from initial briefing to successful international market launch, ensuring every product reflects our commitment to safety, innovation, and modern design
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends in markets, technology, and competitors, and translate these into opportunities for future innovation
- Act as a voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs are central to product decisions and development strategies
- Proactively introduce product changes and improvements into the innovation process to maintain and elevate product relevance and performance
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Quality, Design, and Marketing as a key member of the core Product Development team
- Contribute to strategic planning, including product roadmaps, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Track and manage product performance post-launch, implementing corrective actions where needed
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for your product area
Profile of qualification:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Management, or a related technical field; applicants with a business degree and strong technical affinity are also encouraged to apply
- Solid experience in Product Management, ideally within the B2C consumer goods sector
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, market analysis, and user-centric design principles
- A hands-on, structured, and proactive approach, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive results
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- High sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes and business impact
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey product vision and priorities
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is considered an asset
