Your seat to fill: 

 

  • Manage the Child Safety product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle, from product strategy and development to market launch and phase-out
  • Continuously review portfolio performance regarding sales, profitability, quality, and market positioning, identifying opportunities and driving corrective actions where needed
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making
  • Identify evolving customer needs and translate them into product concepts, enhancements, and innovation initiatives in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drive the development and implementation of product improvements by coordinating activities across Product Management, R&D, Quality, and other relevant functions
  • Partner closely with Marketing to develop impactful campaigns and product communication strategies tailored to the target consumer
  • Represent the Child Safety category during meetings with strategic customers and key partners, presenting products, innovations, and category strategies
  • Prepare and deliver product training for Sales, Marketing, and Global Training teams, ensuring a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and technical aspects
  • Act as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Controlling, and additional stakeholders to ensure efficient product development and execution

 

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

 

  • Successfully completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Product Management within an international fast-paced environment ideally within the consumer goods industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing products, driving innovation, and bringing new concepts to market
  • Experience with or exposure to electronics-related products and technologies is considered a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Product Management methodologies and tools combined with solid technical understanding
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively align and influence cross-functional teams as well as engage with key external partners
  • Highly structured, analytical, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering business impact
  • Passion for lifestyle, design, and consumer trends, combined with a creative and innovative mindset
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required
