Your areas of responsibilities:

Operational responsibility of respective indirect procurement area
Select suppliers and negotiate supply agreements
Active communication with domestic and international suppliers to optimize cost savings
Management of the Purchase to Pay internal processes, which includes checking the Purchase Requisitions, support for internal and external stakeholders, and creation and administration of purchase orders
Training and onboarding new employees regarding the purchasing guidelines and drive process improvements

Your profile of qualification:

University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
Several years of experience within (indirect) procurement, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
A proven track record of networking, negotiation skills, and managing supplier relationships
Proficient in the use of MS Office and SAP
Profound English skills, German would be a plus
Willingness to travel (< 20 percent)
