Your seat to fill:

• Support the marketing team in managing product image and visual asset processes
• Act as the key interface between Marketing, Content Creation, and Production teams
• Manage image production projects, including sample planning and coordination of freelancers, photographers, and external partners
• Plan, organize, and monitor timelines and production workflows for visual assets
• Ensure transparency of asset status and maintain documentation of the product image asset list
• Coordinate and support pre- and post-production of product images in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Organize and manage content and creative approvals with relevant internal departments
• Contribute to production planning and identify opportunities to optimize processes and costs while maintaining high quality
• Coordinate communication between marketing, production, and creative teams, and proactively communicate potential deviations in scope, timing, or quality
• Ensure the quality of final image assets according to briefs, concepts, and brand guidelines

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

• Education or professional experience in marketing, communications, photography, image editing (retouch), or content production
• Good knowledge of digital retouch processes, color profiles, image resolutions, and file formats in the context of product image production
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience in project management and coordination of productions or creative projects
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into efficient image production workflows
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
