Project Manager - New Product Development (m/f/d)

Areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Efficiently manage and drive the success of multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Create detailed project plans encompassing scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and risk management strategies to guide project execution
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain teams to align efforts and achieve project milestones
  • Regularly update stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and timely resolution
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards across all project activities
  • Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, progress updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure alignment and address any concerns
  • Proactively recognize potential risks and obstacles, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact on the project
  • Encourage a collaborative and innovative culture, promoting continuous improvement within the team
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance project management processes and outcomes

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the juvenile products or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment successfully
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage
  • High level of resilience and adaptability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English, German skills would be beneficial
