Your areas of responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate and supervise store openings across all Retail concepts
Create & establish the Retail project management process and bring our Retail projects to live
Communicate the project status on a regular basis and ensure that projects are completed within budget and timeline
Establish connections & close collaboration with all relevant functions to successfully deliver store openings across all Retail formats
Capitalize the strong Retail acumen & technical background-experience to translate project designs & plans to tangible actions per function
Identify inter-dependencies, flag challenges-bottlenecks & manage through to deliver
Analysing projects to see where risks could occur and taking any necessary action to reduce the likelihood that they could occur

Your profile of qualification:

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, economics or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in Retail project management and store design, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
Strong experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams
Profound experience to set the right functions & priorities in order to open and operate a Retail store
Excellent organizational and communication skills paired with technical understanding
Ambition and flexibility to build something new with hands-on startup- and team player attitude
Excellent English skills and willingness to travel (round about 30-50%)
