Your seat to fill:

 

  • Greet and welcome visitors, guests, customers, and employees, creating a friendly and professional first impression
  • Provide outstanding hospitality services to ensure every visitor feels valued and well cared for
  • Manage access control and visitor registration systems, ensuring a secure and compliant environment
  • Support health and safety protocols across the BT Campus to maintain a safe workplace
  • Prepare and contribute to reports on hospitality and facility services, offering insights to enhance daily operations
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them efficiently to the correct contacts, taking messages when required
  • Assist with facility management projects, including planning, coordination, and follow-up
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the facilities team and ensure smooth daily operations

  • Previous experience in reception, administrative, or hospitality roles is a plus, but not required; what matters most is a strong commitment to customer service and a good sense of how to interact with guests and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team dynamic and supportive work environment
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good English skills and a good command of German
