Your seat to fill:

• Responsible for the strategic and operational procurement of all retail store fit-out and construction services, including materials, contractors, and suppliers.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and tender management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and framework contracts to achieve optimal commercial terms.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies across store development and rollout projects.
• Manage and develop a network of suppliers, general contractors, and specialist vendors.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Architecture, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Ensure strict budget control and cost transparency across all fit-out and construction projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions to ensure quality, cost, and timeline compliance.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, governance standards, and sustainability requirements..

• Several years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management within retail fit-out, store development, or construction environments. 
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of retail construction and store fit-out project lifecycles.
• Demonstrated success in driving cost savings, budget control, and value optimization across projects.
• Experienced in managing suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships in international environments.
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
