Your seat to fill:

 

  • Act as a financial business partner to Retail management team to ensure fact based decision making
  • Report and analyze Retail financial performance for Actuals, Forecast and Budget
  • Develop store performance monitoring including definition of relevant KPIs and provide regular insights to the stakeholders
  • Prepare business cases together with cross-functional teams for new store investments including post-implementation evaluation and recommendations to the management
  • Lead regular planning cycles on store-level including preparation of risk scenarios
  • Take ownership of the month-end closing process and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Partner with store managers and operations teams to optimize performance and ensure alignment on financial goals
  • Analyze sales trends and product performance to support pricing, promotions and product placement decisions
  • Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and internal controls


Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Several years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally in a retail environment
  • Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and a structured working style, with a strong attention to detail and hands on mentality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
  • Proven track record as a business partner, confidently working with non-finance stakeholders such as Retail or Operations teams
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs and store performance drivers 
  • Experience in developing business cases and investment analyses
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
  • Fluent in German as well as English skills on a good communication Level
