Your seat to fill:

 

The Senior In-House Consultant is the key internal sparring partner for top management in organizational design, restructuring, and M&A activities. Design of scalable operating models, driving transformations, and responsibility for the people and organization workstreams in due diligence and post-merger integration are the focus of the Job.   

Organizational Design & Operating Model Development

  • Analysis of the existing organization (structures, roles, spans & layers, decision paths, interfaces)
  • Development of target operating models (TOM) including governance, role architecture, KPIs, decision models (DAI/RACI)
  • Derivation and maintenance of job descriptions and org charts
  • Facilitation of cross-functional design workshops
  • Creation of implementation roadmaps (piloting, rollout, KPI tracking)

Restructuring & Business Scaling

  • Conducting capacity and competency analyses
  • Designing redesign scenarios for growth or efficiency phases (e.g. centralization, decentralization, end-to-end flows)
  • Supporting change programs (structural changes, role changes, leadership empowerment)
  • Harmonizing processes and organizational units

M&A – Due Diligence & Decision Support 

  • Organizational & HR due diligence: people risks, culture, HR systems, policies, compensation, organizational structure
  • Evaluation of target organizational designs in terms of fit, synergies, and risks
  • Preparation of decision templates for CFO/CEO/board (value case, people case, integration effort)
  • Collaboration in financial, operational, and commercial DD streams with a focus on org fit and operating model

Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

  • Management of the People & Organization workstream
  • Definition of Day 1, Day 30, and Day 100 organizational measures
  • Design and implementation of the joint operating model
  • Talent and culture integration: talent mapping, leadership structure, retention mechanisms
  • Definition of KPIs for synergy realization and cultural alignment

Business Partnering & Enablement

  • Advising the management on complex structural and design issues
  • Developing methods, templates, playbooks, and standards for the organization
  • Coaching executives in decision design and structural principles

 

Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

•    University degree in Business Administration, focus in Finance and/or Organization
•    Multiple years of relevant working experience in a similar position in an international consumer goods environment and/ or as a strategy consultant with industry focus on consumer goods
•    Extensive experience in M&A and due diligence handling
•    Deep methodological experience in Workforce Anayltics, KPI-Design, Rolearchitecture and organization diagnostics 
•    Extensive experience with scaling phases in international organizational structures
•    Strong C-Level communication, and extensive experience in structuring complex issues
•    Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
•    Experience in project and program management (complexity, multi-stakeholder, international setup)
•    Ability to streamline processes and improve team efficiency
•    Proven track record in designing & implementing organizational frameworks, structures, processes and workflows
