Your seat to fill:
- Lead the planning and execution of retail projects, including new store openings, remodels, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including construction, design, merchandising, and operations, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Drive cost-effective project execution while maintaining company quality, aesthetic, and operational standards.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, including contract negotiations and performance management.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases.
- Provide regular project updates, reporting, and recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve rollout processes, efficiency, and project delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in retail project management, with a focus on store openings and remodels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
