Manager Product Sustainability & Design (m/f/w)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Lead initiatives that will drive the Cybex Product Portfolio to industry leading sustainability standards.
  • Partner with the Head of Sustainability to develop and execute a comprehensive long-term sustainability roadmap.
  • Lead and support the execution of sustainability-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Design, Research & Development, Project Management, Quality, Procurement, Financial Controlling, etc. 
  • Facilitate the adoption of international sustainability frameworks (e.g., CSRD, Eco-Design for Sustainable Products, SBTi, etc.).
  • Engage and support Lifecycle analytics for products and materials.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • An academic degree in sustainability management, science or engineering with focus on sustainability.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as very good communication skills.
  • Ability to work self-dependent on own projects as well as working in cross functional teams.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record in managing sustainability projects and initiatives.
  • Experience / knowledge in product environmental foot printing (LCA).
