Senior Product Manager Child Safety (m/f/w)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • As a senior product manager, you are responsible for our product portfolio of child car seats and guide new product ideas up to the international launch
  • You manage international projects independently and are responsible for market positioning, sales volume, profit margin and quality
  • You are responsible for market scouting to identify competitive and technological trends at an early stage and evaluate the implementation of innovation ideas 
  • Based on our customer feedback and your analysis, you will find further development possibilities for our child seats and coordinate product changes and improvements
  • Together with project management, engineering, quality, design, and marketing, you form the core team for product development and have a strong influence on campaign planning
  • You prepare and lead portfolio decisions
  • You are supporting with senior professional experience and provide functional guidance to more junior team members

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable technical education, alternatively a business degree with an affinity for technical contexts
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience as a product manager, ideally in the B2C sector of a consumer goods manufacturer
  • You love to get things moving and work together with our development team on further groundbreaking innovations in child safety
  • You convince us with your agile hands-on mentality and remain calm and confident even in stressful situations
  • You have a strong sense of ownership for your products, as well as the technical leadership of the project participants
  • Your way of working is goal- and solution-oriented and your analytical way of thinking is highly developed
  • Your strong communication skills in English and high level of initiative round off your profile
