Senior Project Manager Retail (m/f/d)

Areas of Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Ensure that the global master Shop-in-Shop roll-out plan remains on track; covering all cross-functional areas, processes, departments and organizations; both internal and external.
  • Ensure that any / all phasing modifications in the global master Shop-in-Shop roll-out plan are documented and updated. Ensure new Shop-in-Shop projects are added & phased correctly, as well as cancelled projects removed.
  • Ensure that the yearly allocated Shop-in-Shop Capex budget is monitored and remains on track.
  • Ensure that all country representatives are submitting accurate (fully & correctly completed) Shop-in-Shop applications on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments that Shop-in-Shop project submission approvals are being received in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments that Shop-in-Shop architectural designs are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Facilitate communication between country representatives, corporate architecture teams as well as retailers.
  • Ensure retailers are signing Shop-in-Shop contract agreements, upholding them and supplying all deliverables (including sell-out data) on time.
  • Drive external contractor to install Shop-in-Shops on time, on cost and on quality.
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure Shop-in-Shop materials are being sourced in the right quantities, while respecting lead times as well as phasing in the global master Shop-in-Shop roll-out plan.
  • Ensure monthly sell-out reports as well as monthly Shop-in-Shop performance reports, are created & monitored by the Sales Controlling team.


Required Education / Qualification:

 

  • Min. 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Good understanding of premium retail industry
  • Good knowledge on shop-in-shop, retail assessment, merchandising concepts & performance tracking 
  • University degree is preferred 
  • Fluent in English both verbal & written 
  • Strong communicator, knows how to evolve within a complex cross matrix environment 
  • High sense of initiative
  • Driven & positive energy
