Senior Specialist Product Marketing Child Safety (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and providing consumer relevant product information and -pictures as basis for marketing collateral creation
- Creating and filtering key USPs per product, define its reasons to buy and create product-related information tools (e.g. Fact Sheets, Sell-In-Decks, e-Retail Guideline)
- Working closely and proactively with Product Management on product related topics for defined projects to define together key benefits of products
- Monitoring competition and consumer needs (via web pages, blogs, and forums) and creating a growing data base for CYBEX CS products in comparison with competition (as a crucial part of product positioning and activation)
- Initiating and leading Product Marketing Kick-Off presentation per dedicated products and brief content creation team all relevant product features and product information
- Content definition and creation of all kinds of product texts (e.g. web page, e-com, catalog)
- Steering the creation of product pictures and tutorial videos, from asset list/ storyboard creation to publishment and maintenance in Marketing Asset Management System
- Contact person to customer support for all product related questions of our end consumers (e.g. creating standardized answers and FAQs)
- Support in handling of all design awards and consumer testing results as well as contribution to all award related marketing campaigns from the product view perspective
- Be the go to person for dedicated projects for relevant stakeholders, such as PM, GTM
- Close collaboration with content creation, content management and product management team by briefing relevant product information/features
- Ongoing review of the product characteristics and information description on several internal and external channels with regards to topicality and relevance
- Drive and support the improvement or introduction of internal processes and system landscape
Your profile of qualifications:
- Ideally but no must have - Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields
- First years of relevant work experience in Product Marketing in a brand/consumer centric environment, ideally in automotive and/or technical companie(s)
- Structured and capable of keeping track of multiple, simultaneous projects
- Fluency in Business English & German with strong communication skills
- Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
- Analytical with high sense of organization
- Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects
