Your seat to fill:

 

  • Develop and drive a global sourcing strategy for finished goods with a strong focus on textiles 
  • Conduct cost analysis, benchmark pricing, and evaluate supplier quotations 
  • Support cross-functional project teams in defining textile specifications and ensuring material availability 
  • Identify and implement cost optimization and value engineering initiatives 
  • Monitor global markets for new textile innovations, materials, and technologies 
  • Coordinate sourcing activities and fabric development with selected suppliers 
  • Build, maintain, and further develop strong relationships with suppliers and business partners 

 


Your stroll to CYBEX: 

 

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Textiles, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within textiles or consumer goods 
  • Strong understanding of textile materials, production processes, and supplier markets 
  • Experience in cost analysis, negotiation, and supplier management 
  • Structured, analytical mindset with a hands-on approach 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment 
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
