Senior Specialist Supply Planning Analytics(m/f/d)

Areas of Responsibility:

 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to demand, inventory, and production planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, procurement, and team in China to understand supply chain requirements 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in supply planning activities
  • Develop and maintain supply planning dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics 
  • Monitor supply planning performance against targets, identify deviations or issues, and proactively recommend corrective actions
  • Communicate and report supply planning insights, performance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders, including supply chain leadership and other relevant departments
  • Collaborate closely with demand planning, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of supply planning activities with demand forecasts, inventory strategies, and operational plans
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in supply chain analytics, tools, and methodologies

 

Your qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Economy, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning, inventory management, or related roles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools such as Excel, SAP or other statistical software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, optimization techniques, and forecasting methods commonly used in supply chain analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
