Your seat to fill:

 

  • Work with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements for PDM/PLM functions into sustainable IT solutions
  • Own and manage the current and future PLM and CAD system landscape, ensuring architectural alignment with IT standards
  • Configure, customize, maintain, and upgrade PTC Windchill and Creo solutions
  • Coordinate and support PLM/CAD releases, migrations, upgrades, and system updates
  • Resolve IT incidents, service requests, and problems (L2/L3), including root cause analysis
  • Coordinate and manage support tickets in line with defined SLAs and IT service management processes
  • Monitor service delivery performance using SLAs and KPIs, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently met
  • Drive continuous improvements through a structured feature request process in close collaboration with business departments
  • Identify and implement efficiency and cost improvements in PLM support and maintenance
  • Coach and support new employees while ensuring adherence to IT policies, principles, and Guidelines

 

Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with experience in system administration, user support, access management, and IT governance processes
  • Hands-on experience with PLM platforms such as PTC Windchill (Product Lifecycle Management system) and/or FlexPLM (Flexible Product Lifecycle Management), including system configuration, user administration, and troubleshooting in a productive environment
  • Proven ability to configure and maintain data models, object structures, and workflows, particularly in Windchill, supporting engineering and product development processes
  • Practical experience integrating PLM systems with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP, including basic understanding of interfaces, APIs, or Middleware
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and manufacturing processes, with exposure to Make-to-Order (MTO) or similar production environments
