Solution Architect Reporting (m/f/d)

Areas of Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze requirements gathered from Business and Management for reporting needs and evaluate the technical solution for implementation.
  • Perform SAP BW/4 HANA Data Modelling.
  • Review the solution provided by consulting partners and govern and address any concerns to ensure compliance with SAP recommendations and Industry Best Practices.
  • Support the Business users and IT peers in creating necessary reports using SAC, Power BI and Board.
  • Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands in close cooperation with peers.
  • Present reporting solutions to Business Leadership, Business Process Owners, and Service Owners to gain approval or rejection for realization.

 


Profile of Qualifications:

 

  • Master or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or Science.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in any of reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Board, and experience with SAP BW/4HANA.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills. Able to construct or modify independently reporting solutions and needs.
  • SAP consulting experience (or internal SAP competence center) in setting up reporting solutions internally.
  • Steer and coordinate offshore IT team, follow up on time, quality & efficiency of solution execution.
  • Good knowledge of the business content in the application components Logistics (LO), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • Good CDS/ABAP/SQL Script knowledge in the SAP context.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written, and in willingness to interact in an international environment.
  • High goal orientation and determination to deliver business value.
  • Strong Business and Improvement focus. The ability to analyze and drive change/ improvement.
  • Ability to drive for change, cope with changes, and shift gears comfortably.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with self-confidence.
