Your seat to fill:

 

  • Owns benefits management, ensuring clear specification of benefits and deliverables and tracking realization throughout execution
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs across Sales & Operations
  • Leads solution design and evaluation within a complex SAP landscape, assessing risks across solution options and prioritizing competing business demands in close collaboration with peers
  • Constructively challenges business requirements to ensure optimal value for money from SAP and non-SAP IT solutions and services
  • Presents solution proposals, scope, and estimates to IT Leadership, Business Process Owners, and Service Owners to support approval or rejection decisions
  • Ensures compliance with Solution governance and architecture standards, including review and validation of solutions delivered by external partners
  • Enforces adherence to IT processes, policies, principles, and guidelines, with a strong focus on SAP best practices and clean-core principles
  • Demonstrates a strong business and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to analyze, drive change, and adapt effectively in a dynamic SAP environment

 

Your stroll to Cybex: 

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Science, or a comparable discipline
  • Extensive experience in SAP consulting, an internal SAP Competence Center, or a comparable non-SAP enterprise software environment, with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including pricing, order management, billing, and customer master data, within both SAP and non-SAP environments
  • Solid experience in Logistics Execution (LE), particularly in Inventory Management and logistics-related processes is an advantage
  • Proven hands-on experience across SAP implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and run operations in complex enterprise landscapes
  • Experience in global template design, rollout execution, and governance models
  • Demonstrated capability in integrating SAP with non-SAP sales, CRM, and B2B platforms, including middleware-based integrations using IDocs, EDI, APIs, or event-driven interfaces, especially in collaboration with 3PL partners
  • Practical experience working with non-SAP sales or B2B commercial applications (e.g., CRM, B2B order management, partner portals) and aligning them with SAP S/4HANA backend processes
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to independently design, optimize, and improve business processes while coordinating cross-functional and cross-system teams
  • Business-driven, goal-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to drive change and deliver measurable value in dynamic environments
  • Business-fluent English required; German language skills preferred
