Your seat to fill:
- Supporting the evaluation and analysis of defective and non-conforming products
- Contributing to the investigation and root cause analysis of customer and warehouse returns
- Monitoring returns of newly launched products to identify potential quality deviations at an early stage and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Coordinating and following up on problem-solving activities together with internal departments and external suppliers
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of processes for handling defective products
- Working closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders to manage complaints and defective materials
- Participating in structured problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone) and actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting the preparation of monthly quality reports through the analysis, evaluation, and presentation of quality-related key performance indicators
- Contributing to the development of a sustainable quality and problem-solving culture within the organization
- Collaborating with external service providers and partners to ensure transparent communication and timely resolution of quality-related topics
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Completed a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable technical field, or completed equivalent technical training
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are highly welcome to apply. We also welcome candidates with initial professional experience in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Aftersales, or a similar technical environment
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to work with data and present complex information in a clear and understandable way
- Interest in root cause analysis, quality processes, and continuous improvement
- Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style with a strong quality mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn and develop
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills when working with different stakeholders
- Valid Category B driving license
- First experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, automotive, or baby and juvenile products is an advantage, but not a requirement
