Specialist - Customer Service / Fan Engagement (m/f/d)

We are looking for:
A native English speaker who also speaks a second european language
A native Italian speaker who also speaks English (other european languages are desirable)
Areas of responsibilities:
- Assist Team Lead with the development and improvement of current/future processes of department.
- Aid with training of new employees while onboarding and act as a subject matter expert for the team.
- Provide insights to unique or rare requests that arrive in workload as well as build processes/best practices to adapt for future reference.
- Ensure a first-class customer service following our global Fan Engagement strategy.
- Communicate and engage directly with end-consumers via all channels (e.g. phone, email, social media).
- Respond promptly to end-consumer inquiries, handle and solve complaints and give product advice.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and international distributors,
- Provide feedback to improve Q&A, FAQs and content on the homepage.
- Achieve the highest-possible end-consumer satisfaction.
Your qualification:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Profund experience in customer service
- Independent and service-oriented way of working
- German, French or English skills on a native level
- This position can be based in either Prague, Czech Republic or Bayreuth, Germany
