Your seat to fill:

 

  • Manage payroll across EMEA entities in collaboration with external providers
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and social security regulations
  • Coordinate international business travel and global assignment cases
  • Track cross-border workdays and monitor tax exposure, thresholds, and related risks
  • Ensure compliance with double taxation agreements and applicable social security rules
  • Act as key interface to external tax advisors and service providers
  • Translate global mobility cases into accurate payroll inputs
  • Advise employees and managers on payroll-related topics, including tax implications

 

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

 

  • Relevant professional experience in payroll, ideally within an international environment
  • Initial experience in global mobility and/or international taxation, or a strong willingness to develop in this area
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes as well as wage tax and social security regulations
  • Basic knowledge of double taxation treaties and cross-border employment scenarios
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured way of working
  • Confident stakeholder management and clear communication skills in fluent german & english
  • High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, or travel tracking tools is a plus
