Your seat to fill:
- Ensure Accurate Payroll: Manage payroll processes for employees in EMEA region for different legal entities (Brand, Sales, Retail…) and countries in collaboration with external payroll providers
- Payroll Preparation and Verification:
Collect and verify payroll inputs and required documentation
Coordinate with payroll providers to process payroll and meticulously review outcomes for accuracy
Review and verification of travel expenses for nordic countries - Employee Support:
Provide high-standard support for employees, line managers, and managing directors on topics related to payroll, social security, and tax compliance across the EMEA region - Data Reporting:
Set up and deliver accurate, data-driven reports to relevant stakeholders while maintaining an up-to-date and compliant reporting database - Insurance Coordination: Handled monthly and yearly personal insurance topics, including pension, accident insurance, and health insurance, for all managed countries
- Projects and Initiatives: Support or manage smaller projects such as SEPA Integration, Payroll Input to policies, process documentation and system improvements
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Completed apprenticeship in finance, accounting, HR, or payroll administration (e.g., Payroll Specialist, Tax Clerk, HR Assistant)
- Initial professional experience in payroll processing, accounting, or administrative HR tasks (internships or apprenticeships count)
- Basic knowledge of payroll preparation, verification, and data reconciliation (training will be provided)
- Interest in learning about payroll processes, tax regulations, and social security in different European countries
- Familiarity with Excel for data entry and basic reporting
- Detail-oriented and careful when working with numbers and sensitive employee data
- Strong organizational skills to manage payroll inputs and reporting deadlines
- Good communication skills to support employees, managers, and payroll providers
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
