Specialist Project Procurement (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and procedures for the organization
  • Planning and organizing the procurement process of all assigned procurement projects
  • Cost analysis and quotation assessment for finished goods projects
  • Drive cost savings from first idea until implementation in close collaboration with interface-departments
  • Provide procurement reports to enable cost related KPI tracking
  • Coordinate sourcing and supply chain tasks with procurement team in China
  • Create and maintain purchasing info records and source lists in SAP S4
  • Select, evaluate and develop suppliers as well as sourcing of suppliers for new product categories
  • Negotiate with suppliers regarding services, pricing and contract terms as well as implementation of continuous cost and quality improvements
  • Maintain and improve business relationships with existing suppliers and Business Partners


Your profile of qualification:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/ Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a project-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate complex procurement processes
  • Adaptability and the capacity to handle a high volume of orders efficiently combined with Hands-on mentality
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Fluent in English, German at minimum B2 level
