Specialist R&D Quality (m/f/d)

Areas of responsibility:

 

  • Manage all aspects of product quality for products during the development stage, including product requirements, test program, product validation, and delivering the quality plan
  • Planning and monitoring of supplier quality requirements
  • Moderation of FMEAs in the project team
  • Follow-up on quality related actions as part of the new project development teams
  • Communication and coordination of quality tasks together with the China team
  • Prototype assessments & review reports
  • Preparing and arranging of tests in regard to first samples, RTP, modifications and special releases 
  • Support Part Submission Warrant (PSW) of supplier
  • Provide regular quality management reporting for the product category
  • Planning and documentation of product and assembly qualifications according to test specifications and quality standards for the category home

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Successfully completed degree with focus on quality or engineering or comparable education with appropriate further training
  • At least a few years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience and knowledge is an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS Office is a prerequisite, knowledge of SAP desirable
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Structured and analytical thinking and acting
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
