Specialist Soft Goods Engineering (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibility

  • Develop first pattern and production patterns with CAD (Gerber), for covers for car seats, strollers and various textile accessories
  • You oversee the creation of prototypes in our workshop
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for production
  • Check prototypes for fit and appearance
  • In close cooperation with design, product and project management, you develop the product until it is ready for bulk production and you regularly take part in product meetings
  • You contribute to the development of quality guidelines for the soft goods area
     

Your profile of qualification:

  • Successfully completed an education or studies as clothing technician, pattern maker or similar qualification
  • 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Profound CAD knowledge (preferably Gerber) and knowledge of 3D CAD will be beneficial. 
  • A hands-on mentality, an eye for detail, and a stress-resilient personality are needed.
  • Good German and English skills
  • Affinity for lifestyle and design
