Specialist Technical Changes (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the coordination of small technical projects (change requests) on products in production. Allocate work packages, responsibilities, and timelines to ensure timely execution and efficient project management
  • Judge the relevance and correctness of requested changes, making informed decisions on whether the changes should be implemented and align with the product's overall objectives
  • Ensure that technical changes are properly validated by coordinating appropriate test programs with the testing and quality departments. This includes testing for both prototypes and mass production to guarantee product integrity
  • Monitor and track the implementation of changes in the production process, ensuring that the changes are executed smoothly and without disruptions
  • Collaborate and coordinate with various internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects and changes
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including bill of material and production guidelines, to keep all relevant stakeholders informed and updated on product specifications
  • Execute small non-technical changes as required to improve product performance and efficiency
  • Use Creo in Windchill to update drawings and design documentation, ensuring that all product designs remain accurate and up to date
  • Perform DFMPEA for small technical projects to identify potential design flaws and recommend mitigation strategies

 

Your profile: 

 

  • You have successfully completed a technical vocational training or graduated from a technical school
  • You have a good technical understanding and initial practical work experience
  • Experience in PTC CREO/Pro E and/or another CAD program
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • You work precisely, independently, and with a goal-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • You have very good English language skills, German is a plus
