System Engineer Digital Workplace (m/w/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Coordination of technical IT Infrastructure hardware and implementation for external offices, retail stores (Flagship stores, SiS, Side-by-Side) and showrooms
- Evaluate and implement new technologies for CYBEX (Digital signage, VR, Showroom etc)
- Ensure global operation of videoconferencing systems with high video quality, clear audio quality and high usability
- Based on business requirements, you are responsible for collaboration solutions
- Support IT Projects (evaluation, solution implementation, planning, implementation and monitoring)
- Support regional IT Infrastructure on 2nd level and 3rd level
- Lead evaluation of creative Software and Licenses in the Competence Center
- Printer management & printer fleet management
Your profile of qualification:
- Approximately 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment
- Experience with communication tools, protocols, and acoustics in modern workplaces
- First knowledge in ITIL or similar frameworks
- Affinity in operating server systems and network infrastructures
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Exchange
- Excellent analytical and communication skills and willingness to work hands-on
- Intermediary/Advanced knowledge of audio, video, lights equipment used for events production is a strong advantage
- Enthusiasm for evolving technologies and innovations
- Ability to think and work independently, as well as within a team
