Team Leader After Sales International (m/f/d)

Your Area of Responsibilities:

 

  • Overseeing the international After Sales CRM Team in Europe (Excl. DE, AT,NL, CH) , including distributors in EMEA.    
  • Manage all incoming customer complaints and after sales complaints upon completion.
  • Carry out administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Planning in deliveries and following up on logistical issues.
  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI package and Initiate free-of-charge product exchange.
  • Provide updates on actual after sales topics.
  • Support our internal complaints department and the implementation of respective After Sales processes and structures.
  • Onboarding of new colleagues and development of the team.
  • Documentation of related processes and guidelines.
  • Support in leading projects in area of responsibility. 


Your Profile of Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years in customer service or after-sales support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work across various functions & lead projects in area of responsibility.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
