Project Coordinator - Digital Asset (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Play a significant role in inspiring customer sales, through images, that create product understanding and clear shopping experiences.
  • Liaison between our Marketing department and content creation teams.
  • Help in planning and executing technical product imagery & and management process
  • Support the full project management including sample planning, budget as well as sourcing and booking of creative talent.
  • Document the product image asset list
  • Arrange product samples for shooting (if shooting and not 3D design). Collect product information to support accurate image creation. 
  • Schedule & support both pre- and post-production of image assets with internal and external partners. 
  • Coordinate creative approvals of content with internal departments.
  • Upload and share assets on time through asset data base (Media-Asset-Manager:MAM). 
  • Maintain sample storage Excel. (After a shoot, we catalogue and store the products for future use).


Your profile of qualification:

  • English (written and verbal) at professional level & German is a plus
  • Ability to continuously manage multiple high priority tasks.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge PC computing platforms, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop would be beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle heavy schedule coordination
  • Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and sometimes ambiguou
